Swivel an 1/8- inch of the pencil up. Pencil does not retract.
Draw a line from the inner corner out on both top and bottom lashes lines, if desired.
Use the smudge tool on the opposite end to gently blur colour for a smokey effect.
Let colour set for 60 seconds. Use alone or with eyeshadow.
