it’s so velvety smooth and makes lips soft and kissable

I actually love this lip balm. I’m not one to wear anything on my lips unless they get really dry which is not very often but after trying on Nivea’s lip care, I have fallen in love. It’s soft silky formula makes my lips so velvety smooth and the colour which is a pearly nude allows me to wear it all day no matter what I have on. The flavour reminds me of a sweet vanilla and strawberry mash and it’s not to strong which is good.. I will definitely purchase more once I’ve ran out of this one and would highly recommend. I give this product an 8/10

A nice pearly tint effect on your lips if they’re already hydrated.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves the Nivea Hydro care lip balm in the light blue packaging and uses it religiously. So when I received the Nivea Pearly shine in exchange for my honest opinion I was excited. I had a friend who wore this lip balm and the tint and glow it left on her lips was stunning as it complemented her fair skin and blonde hair. However when I tried this, it left my lips feeling so dry!! It even pronounced my flaky lips and did not moisture or hydrate me at all. In all fairness, I do enjoy using a more thicker balmy lip balm whereas I can see this being enjoyed by others. Worth trying if it’s on sale but it’s a miss from me!

New favourite lip balm 🥲🥰

I always buy the same lip balms to use and am a creature of habit; but I think I’ve found a new favourite. I loved the feeling on the lips as it was smooth (not tacky) and moisturising. The big bonus is that it’s also like wearing a lipgloss/lipstick hybrid that gives some colour and sparkle to the lips which I really liked as I like wearing gloss for the look, but usually hate the feel. Would definitely recommend this product ☺️💖

Used this for probably over a decade. I LOVE it.
Nivea Pearly Shine is one of the best, if not the best, lip balms I have ever used. I base this on a lifetime of daily balm use since the 90s and well known brands like Lip Smackers, the Papua balm etc, and someone who NEVER wears lipstick.
PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE IT.
Its a beautiful colour and highlight for your lips just by itself, or you can layer it. I dont like pink lipstick, but this shade works lovely on my natural lip tone.
Unless I’m eating and drinking, I only find I have to apply it one or two times in the day. It moisturises all day as it says. My lips have NEVER been dry and I have lived in dry and humid places.
It seems to last for a long time and I keep them everywhere: bathroom, bag, car etc.

A lightly scented soft pink balm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this contains natural ingredients. I prefer the scent of this to the watermelon one, and it feels more moisturizing (definitely not 24 hours worth, as the packaging claims).
However, the colour isn’t very flattering on many skin types. It is a frosty pale pink reminiscent of the late 90s/early 00s, with more of a sheen than a shine. The only way I could use this is as a lipstick with a lipliner, or as a base for another lipstick.
Overall, it’s an ok lip balm, but not as good as a Chapstick.

It does its job in terms of keeping your lips from being chapped but in terms of aesthetics, it seems to favour fairer skin tones.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nivea Lip Care Pearly Shine lipbalm is packaged simply with a cardboard sheet and a plastic covering over the item itself. This avoids any misguiding dvertisement on the product. The lipbalm has a neutral scent and the product itself leaves a noticeable pink shine on your lips. Personally, I’m not a fan of the shine as it doesn’t compliment my skin tone very well. It does its job in terms of keeping your lips from being chapped but in terms of aesthetics, it seems to favour fairer skin tones.

Smooth and shiny!

This is a lip balm I regularly purchase. It has a subtle scent, not too over powering, and leaves your lips feeling soft or smooth. It’s a great lip balm to keep in your handbag and have on the go. I guarantee once you use this lip balm, it will become one of your regularly purchased beauty products.
