So moisturising and lasting

Used this for probably over a decade. I LOVE it.
Nivea Pearly Shine is one of the best, if not the best, lip balms I have ever used. I base this on a lifetime of daily balm use since the 90s and well known brands like Lip Smackers, the Papua balm etc, and someone who NEVER wears lipstick.
PLEASE NEVER DISCONTINUE IT.
Its a beautiful colour and highlight for your lips just by itself, or you can layer it. I dont like pink lipstick, but this shade works lovely on my natural lip tone.
Unless I’m eating and drinking, I only find I have to apply it one or two times in the day. It moisturises all day as it says. My lips have NEVER been dry and I have lived in dry and humid places.
It seems to last for a long time and I keep them everywhere: bathroom, bag, car etc.

A great lip balm but strong scent

It’s great for everyday use, providing a touch of color and a natural shine without feeling sticky. Additionally, its moisturizing formula helps keep lips soft and nourished throughout the day. I like the packaging and the low price point, however the fragrance is a bit too strong for me when it’s in something that’s going on my face.

Hydrated shiny lips

I love the pearly shine that it gives your lips and it is so easy to apply. A product the whole family can use.I’d definetly buy this product again.

Pretty light pearl sheen

Wouldn’t purchase again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t ask me how many lip balms I have or indeed how many Nivea products I use but one of lip balms in my collection is the Nivea Pearly Shine.
The claims for the Nivea Pearly Shine Lip Balm is that it delivers intense moisture with a pearly pink shimmer. I actually bought this lip balm to take on holidays and I’ve been carrying it around in my bag during the summer months.
The pearly shine gives a frosted look that is okay but while my lips feel soft and hydrated when the balm is first applied this feeling doesn’t seem to last.
The lip balm is packaged in a twist-up tube which is also shimmery pink. The tube is strong and sturdy and holds 4.8gm of product.
I’m not sure that I would call this a deeply moisturising lip balm that leaves a silky smooth finish because the formula seems to be lacking in depth and the balm just disappears, so I think I’ll stick with the other Nivea lip balms I have which actually do leave my lips feeling well hydrated.
