[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always wanted to try out vitamin C serums and a friend recommended this product to me. And so far I’ve been using it for few days and it does feels great on the skin.
The lightweight texture absorbs quickly and feels comfortable without the stickiness that I find in serums that I used before. It also doesnt leave any residue on my skin which is good. I’ve read some people have bad skin reactions with vitamin C serums but dont have any issues with it so far. Packaging says it’s free from parabens, mineral oil and synthetic fragrance so cross fingers I won’t have reactions after prolonged use.

Have been given the L’oreal Vitamin C serum with salicylic acid as a gift. Just started using for few days so have not seen any significant changes yet. But so far I love the its smell and the way that it has such a quick absorption to my skin. Plus my skin feels very comfortable and soft after the application. Will continue to use it as an essential part of my morning and night routine to see a proper effects.

It sits perfectly on your skin and very lightweight, does not leave sticky feeling like other serums. Ir also gies well with other serums and sits well under the make up. I could visibly see my skin became less dull overtime. It also helped with pigmentation, made my skin more plum and bright. Also really loved non-see through bottle design which helps with maintaining the product at its original consistency for longer, therefore serum does not change in color or smell, unlike other serums that I have used.

Glorious!!

The smell is glorious! The pipette/dropper makes it easy to apply. My only critique is that I would have just liked more! Compared to other vitamin c serum’s I’ve tired, I personally found this one a lot softer and not so full bodied. My skin was more luminous after trialing this and visibly smoother. My pores have also lightened and reduced in visibility. I would definitely recommend this to a friend! It is a little steep for me in price but I do love the addition of a serum in my routine – so I will probably repurchase as a little treat for myself!

Good just not GREAT

I have to say that the L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Vitamin C Serum definitely is a contender. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a SLIGHT improvement in the texture and overall appearance of my skin. I think for a true review I would have to use it more consistently than a few weeks to see real results.
One of the things I love about this serum is how quickly it absorbs into my skin. It doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky residue, which is great because I can apply it in the morning and go about my day without worrying about it interfering with my makeup.
The serum itself has a lovely texture that feels light and refreshing on my skin. It’s also packed with vitamin C, which is known for its brightening and anti-aging properties. I didn’t notice too much change in terms of how it looking more radiant.
Another thing I appreciate about this product is that it doesn’t cause any irritation or breakouts. My skin can be sensitive, but I’ve had no issues with this serum. It has a pleasant scent but it is quite overpowering. I probably wouldn’t use it again based on that just found it was a bit too scented. I didn’t notice a change in colour to the serum which concerned me, I know vitamin c needs stable packaging and I’m not sure if this was just mine or not.
Overall it’s a good product. It’s affordable, effective, and easy to incorporate into your daily skincare routine but for me personally I’d prefer something a step up on the luxurious scale.
