Melts makeup in minutes
I wear makeup a lot and I find makeup wipes irritate my already sensitive skin. I am allergic to a lot of products, however when I tried this all my worried about how my skin would react went away. My makeup melted away and it was so easy to take off with just a cotton pad and a 50c size amount of this product.
I wear stage makeup as well and for anyone who knows stage makeup, it’s thick and super hard to get off. This stuff works amazing. It cleans off everything so that my face washing isn’t as long and arduous. The bonus that I don’t react to it is amazing

Fantastic for removing waterproof mascara
Garnier’s micellar cleansing water in oil is a great oil based makeup remover that easily removes waterproof mascara! I love the blueberry scent of the product and the easy to use bottle. Just shake to combine the oil and micellar water components. The product has enough oil that you don’t need to use any force to remove waterproof mascara – and protect those lashes! Easily removes other makeup too. I really like how effective and affordable this product is, and would definitely recommend to others!

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I own the Vitamin C remove, the normal Micellar Water but this one, i find myself restocking always! Because of the oil in the cleanser, it helps me remove the stubborn product around my eyes such as waterproof mascara, eyeliner and foundation around my nose.
I love that it leaves my face feeling oily especially because i naturally have very dry skin. I feel like a lot of makeup removers strip the oils from our skin leaving my face feeling tight and dry…this one is my holy grail – I have used many high end makeup removers but none that compare to this one! I also have very sensitive eyes and find this product does not sting them whatsoever! I wish Garnier came out with a cleansing balm too! Balms are one of my favourite ways of removing makeup – you really feel the product breaking down in your hands and also a makeup remover balm hydrates your skin while doing its job to remove the makeup!

Good for regular makeup
This works pretty well for an affordable makeup remover. It removes regular makeup very well, but I still need to wipe a bit to remove water proof mascara.
I have also noticed that the oil sticks to parts of the face, so I am not sure if it is going on the cotton round unevenly, or separating too quickly in the bottle, so it doesn’t go all over the cotton round. Either way, parts of my face are left oily, while others are not.
One other thing to note is that it burns my eyes, which isn’t pleasant when you are removing water proof mascara.
Other than those few points, I do like it, but I would rather just use a cleansing oil or balm in the future.

Does the job but has a strong smell
I bought a bottle of this on sale at chemist warehouse and I’m glad I bought it for cheap. I would not repurchase this and will happily stick with their regular micellar water in the future because this particular product has a strong fragrance. It reminds me of bar soap. I will continue to use this product because it does not irritate my skin, and also gets off all of my make up. I just cant stand the smell!
Another thing I don’t like is that the bottle claims that you don’t need to rinse your skin after, but the product leaves an oily feeling. This doesn’t bother me too much because I always wash my face after removing make up.

This blue coloured water (cornflower theme here going on, as it is in the formula as an “extract”) with micellars does work well in dissolving the dirt off the face: spf, makeup, city grime. Even though it claims that it can be left on after removing impurities off the skin, I highly recommend to remove it with second cleanse. It contains silicones (not oil, there is no oil in this formula) and if you want best absorption of your good skincare, removing all of this is necessary. Plus the water is perfumed and contains colouring. Did not irritate my skin though. I have tried the original Garnier micellar water and the new one that has come out is just as good! It is a water in oil micellar water and it is suitable for those who have sensitive skin. When it comes to removing makeup, the micellar water does a great job. I pour some of it onto a cotton ball and then wipe it across my face. It helps to remove everything, including eye makeup. The only thing I did not like was that it left my skin with an oily residue. I always follow up with a cleanser anyway so it didn’t bother me too much.

I have been using the Garnier Micellar range for a long time now & love how easy it is to use. This product is fantastic at the end of the day to remove eye make up. It is very gentle & I have very sensitive skin at times & have never had an issue. This product even leaves your skin feeling smooth & clean not dry at all.
