Made in Germany from high-carbon stainless steel, the 17cm Wusthof Crafter Santoku Knife features a smoked oak, triple riveted handle for a secure grip and is ideal for slicing, dicing and cutting with precision. The fully forged blade features evenly spaced, hollow indentations that create air pockets between the blade and food, reducing friction and suction so ingredients don’t get stuck to the blade as you cut. Includes a half bolster so you can easily sharpen the entire length of the blade and the knife is perfectly balanced for optimal control and comfort.
