Bring back old formula
I have used this lip balm for years and years. I’d use nothing else. The new formula is terrible. Drys my lips out. Please please bring back the old formula.

New formula is atrocious
The new formula is so bad. It’s thin and greasy and has actually damaged my lips. I used to buy this product in bulk for years and now I will be looking for a new product to use. Please bring back the old formula!!!!

Terrible, worst lipbalm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this at checkout as having dry lips for 1st time in years. Brand name said quality as well as I chose core and protect as just that. After applying at night and during night, I awoke with a much worse problem – totally chapped, peeling, sore lips. Will now have to find something to fix and tolerate terrible peeling for days. Feels like an acid facial. Will never recommend or use myself again.

Worst lip balm
I purchased this lip balm as my lips were dry and I was hoping this would relief them. Unfortunately it did the opposite and actually dried them out more and actually made them more sore.
I tried this lip balm again once my lips were healed as it was the only one I had in my bag at the time. Straight away it made my lips dry out again. I had to throw it in the bin.

New formula is terrible
I have used this lip balm for at least a decade now and it was always my go to. However the new formula is greasy and feels awful. I will not be purchasing it again and would not recommend it to anyone else. Why change something that had nothing wrong with it? (Let’s be honest, it’s always about 💰)

HATE the new formula!
Didn’t want to sound like a complaining customer, but I’m so disappointed with the horrible new formula! This used to be my fave lip balm, and would recommend it to everyone, but now with the formula change, I’ll no longer be buying it! Have sensitive skin/lips, and finding a lip balm I can use, and one that really works is so difficult, but was relieved when I finally found this one, until they changed the formula. The new ingredients are disgusting. I have bought this lip balm for so many years, and normally buy in bulk, but the new formula has made me NEVER want to buy it again, and all the new ones I have will be chucked in the bin!! Absolutely rubbish! It’s completely changed the chapstick. It now feels like applying grease to your lips, and it irritates my lips so bad!! I thought I was overreacting, until I saw other people’s bad reviews, saying they think it feels gross

Little way to go
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Admittedly a little clumpy and oily requiring reapplication unnecessarily. The packaging dispenses more than is necessary and after a week or so the dispenser was a bit of a mess. More work required.

So dissapointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This used to be my favourite lip balm. used it for over 15 years… the new ingredients are so bad. it had completely changed the chapstick. it used to be thick layered and would last hours. I pick my lips a lot and this chapstick would repair in a day. Now it has a greasy feel to it and makes my throat feel funny. so devo 🙁 bring back the old formula!!!!!
