Wet face and hands with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into a foamy lather. Massage and Rinse thoroughly.

What now????
I had quite a supply of this cleanser because it was terrific. It removed colorstay face makeup but was gentle on the skin. I have used my supply and went to buy more only to discover it is now discontinued. What a disappointment. I have tried two other Neutrogena cleansers, one cleansed much to well and left my skin particularly dry and tight and the other did not remove face foundation well.
Please can you recommend which product performs in a similar manner. I don’t have the finances to just keep buying products to try only to be left disappointed and throwing them in the trash. Your response would be appreciated.

Discontinuing
I have been a loyal customer of Neutrogena for many years and this has been my go-to product because it is a cleanser that also removes make-up effectively, is gentle on the skin, and is affordable. I am beyond disappointed that the product has been discontinued. I assume this is because it is more profitable for Neutrogena to make buyers purchase a separate make-up remover in addition to the cleanser. With the cost of everything these days (not to mention excessive packaging), all I have to say is thanks and see ya. I will be purchasing elsewhere.

Daily User for 20+ years
I have been using this product daily for 20+ years. Because of this little blue bottle, I have been brand loyal to all Neutrogena products. Please don’t take this away! It is the ONLY gentle cleanser for my sensitive eyes that effectively remotes mascara and thick eyeliner without irritating or pulling at the skin. Everyone says my 40 year old face looks SO young, and that’s because of this product alone! Please please please bring it back

PLEASE DON’T DISCONTINUE!!
I have been using this cleanser for many years now, and I am soooo disappointed that I cannot find it in any store now!!
Has the new ‘Ultra Gentle’ face wash taken its place? Does it effectively remove all makeup including eye makeup just like this blue bottle?
Or what other alternative is there to this foaming face wash?
Can you PLEASE not discontinue this foaming face wash????
Are there any stores at all still selling this??

Please don’t discontinue!!!!
I’ve been using this cleanser since I was in high school so for over 10 years now and I love it so much, I am so extremely disappointed that it is being discontinued. I have tried other Neutrogena cleansing products and makeup removers but I don’t like them at all and they don’t suit my skin. Neutrogena has lost a loyal customer by discontinuing this product.

Best cleanser out there
This is the best cleanser out there. gets rid of all makeup and cleanses skin at the same time without stripping my skin and making it dry. I love this stuff.. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find it so easily lately and am REALLY REALLY hoping its not discontinued. PLEASE NOOOOOO!

Why oh why would you ever consider discontinuing.
There is no replacement or substitute for the fresh foaming face wash and make up remover 😣

I have also been using this product for well over a decade …. best product on the market for everyday clean, especially for those of us that wear makeup everyday. The texture and scent of your Deep Clean Cleanser is not particularly nice so I also echo the request … please don’t discontinue.
