- Thoroughly cleanse your skin before bedtime.
- Gently place Manicare® Microneedle Derma Roller on your face in one section. Start with rolling horizontally, vertically and diagonally twice in each direction. With more experience, build up to 5 times.
- Move across to the next untreated section, and repeat.
- Suitable to roll over face, neck and décolletage, but avoid the eye area.
- DO NOT APPLY any pressure, simply let the weight of the roller be the guide.
- Follow the diagram (on the pack) as a guide to section the face.
- Optional: After using the roller, apply your preferred serum, moisturiser, skincare actives or sheet masks with clean hands for better results. Maximum use 3 times per week. Microneedling may result in skin redness and increased sun sensitivity. Use sunscreen daily.
• Best to sterilise with alcohol sprays like Manicare® Brush Cleaner & Tool Steriliser and allow to dry after each use. • Store in the protective case provided. • Personal use only, the roller must not be shared. • Replace roller every 3 months for optimal performance.

It really works!
I’ve been using for about 6 weeks now, 2-3 times a week. I follow it up with Dr Lewinn’s sheet mask once a week and a serum and moisturiser the other times. Skin care products just melt into my skin and I’m sure they penetrate deeper than when used on its own. The texture of my skin has improved – it feels firmer and looks healthier. I’ve been getting comments that I look younger – the best compliment a women in her 40s can wish for! I’m going to get this tool as gifts for my girlfriends – it’s so affordable!
Tip: follow the instructions – there’s really no need to apply any pressure on the roller. The first time I used it approached it with too much gusto and tingling sensation was rather intense.

A simple tool to a great complexion
I’m loving the results from my microneedle derma roller. I’ve been using it 3x a week over 4 weeks now, in conjunction with my night serums, and here is what I’ve noticed:
– My skin which has been dry over the summer, felt softer and smooth.
– The skin care products I used (my night based serums with actives like hyaluronic acid) soaked into my skin faster.
– The clarity of my skin improved, it was more even, the size of my pores were smaller and I noticed I had a more natural glow.

Favorite addition to night time skincare routine!
I have been using the derma roller once a week for a month and have noticed improvements to the appearance of my skin. My skin feels healthier with glow and overall clearer. My favourite part of my night time routine is the moment I apply serum and night moisturiser right after after using the derma roller. I can see and feel my skincare products being completely absorbed which means my skin is getting all the moisturising benefits from the products and my skin feels really well hydrated the following morning!
At first I wasn’t sure about using micro needles on my face as I’m afraid of needles and pain but I am so glad I decided to give this derma roller a go! The needles on this derma roller are very fine and quite painless when applied to the skin. I would recommend rolling the tool on your skin very gently for the first time and to not apply any pressure. My skin has adapted to the needles so I have built up the number of times I roll the product over my face and neck.
After trying this derma roller, I would recommend this to friends and family who want to add a sophisticated beauty tool that works to their beauty routine!

Great derma roll!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This derma roll is perfect! A lot of people get worried that needling hurts, however this one doesn’t hurt at all. I find my skin to have really improved with collagen production. I use this after cleansing but before my other skincare products to help get deeper absorption. My face is glowing more than it has in a long time. I also use this on my lips before applying a lip mask, and it really helps to lock in moisture.

Awesome product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product took my skin care routine to new levels. Using it 3 times a week to assist in absorption of serums and creams. After application your skin is left serene with no discomfort with use. Gentle pressure used only and I have noticed a reduction in fine wrinkles! It’s an easy to use product but highly recommend you follow the instructions provided. So far the results of using this product are great and my skin is noticeably soft! I believe it to be as good as a salon treatment that I can perform at home.

Newest Addition to the Skincare Routine!
I’m all about vamping up my skincare routine and trying new products that will benefit my skin. I was a little anxious to try as I hate needles! But once I gave it a go, I was blown away by the instant results and how pain-free it is! I felt my moisturiser was better absorbed into my skin and my skin felt super plump and tight! I accidentally rolled it over an acne mark and the next day, it disappeared! I’ve only used it 3 times and can’t wait to keep using it!
