This cream is very thick and greasy and you need to give it time to absorb before you can put make up on in the mornings which doesn’t work very well for me as I am always in a rush to get out. The cream is very hydrating and left my skin smooth and not greasy once it has fully a absorbed. I can’t comment on how it goes during the day as after the 2nd day is using it in the morning I was not patience enough to wait for it to absorb before putting on my make up. I have been using in the evenings and do wake up with my skin not feeling dry even with the aircon on all night. As a home cream it works well but I personally wouldn’t use it in the mornings.

After cleansing with the Toleriane Caring Face I followed with a pea sized amount of this moisturiser which was enough to cover my face and neck. I used under sun cream and bb cream and sat well all day. It is also fragrance free and sensitive skin friendly. It is also nice on dry skin without being too heavy or oily. It is light and creamy and massages in well. Packaging is a good size especially for travelling. After trialling the La Roche Posay face cleanser and moisturiser I am most likely going to look into trying more of the products they have for sensitive skin especially for sun protection. I would recommend and will keep using this moisturiser.

I am one of the lucky members to trial this product. This product comes in a small 40ml tube which will not last very long if you use it both day and night. The product itself is white in colour and of a thick creamy consistency. It is fragrance and colour free. It is easily spread over the face and feels extremely heavy. Initially i was quite worried that it will cause a breakout, and perhaps as my skin is of a dry and sensitive type, it absorped well and did not cause any problem.\nI find the cream quite hydrating and will be great as a rescue remedy for those with extremely dry skin.\n

This product is a great soothing moisturiser. I’d definitely recommend this for anyone with dry sensitive skin, the product is quite thick and heavy so found it better as a night cream, probably a little too heavy for during the day and under make up. I loved how soft my skin was the morning after using this at night! I found I had to warm the product with my fingers before applying in order for it to absorb. I’d not recommend this for daytime use ( especially during the summer time) but I loved the soothing nature of this moisturiser. I found it particularly good after sun exposure!

I received this product as part of a trial. Personally I haven’t used La Roche Posay products before but i must say I’m now a big fan. I’m loving how this product feels on my skin. It goes on easily, and super soothing leaving my usually dry, sensitive skin feeling beautiful and soft. The only downside I have is that it is quite thick and take a while for the skin to absorb so is not really suitable when you’re in a rush in the mornings getting ready. Because of this I’ve been mainly using it as a night cream which works perfectly for me. I would definitely use again.

I have really reactive and sensitive skin, so I was super excited to be a part of this trial. I’ve found the La Roche-Posay brand really hit and miss for me personally, so was intrigued to see how this one performed.\nAs a moisturiser, I’m not a big fan. It is really thick and creamy, and takes a really long time to absorb into the skin. However, as a night cream this product is divine! It is super moisturising, does not irritate my skin and has not yet (touch wood) caused any breakouts. \nI think this product would only be suitable for day time use for people with really dry skin, but as a night cream I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It gives the skin a lot of hydration and really helps to calm the skin.\n

I found this product didn’t work for me, it had a burning sensation on my skin and for a sensitive moisturiser I was quite surprised it did that. Because I tried it a few times and it kept burning and stinging my face I couldn’t use it anymore. The consistency is thick but it applies onto the skin quite easily. It however does feel uncomfortable on the skin as it leaves a waxy/chalky, tacky feeling on the skin and for a sensitive moisturiser it’s not as emollient and hydrating as it should be. Unfortunately, it caused irritation on the dry patches of my face. \n

This is a really lovely moisturiser. It has no fragrance and it’s nice and thick and glides onto my skin really nicely. I have eczema and my skin can get really dry and sensitive and this is just lovely on my face. \nIt is absorbed well and doesn’t leave a residue on my skin. It sits well under my makeup and I especially love wearing it at night. My skin feels great and doesn’t have any of its usual dry spots. \nIt’s a handy size to travel with too as it takes up minimal room and as you don’t need a lot of it the tube will last for quite some time. \n
