This is a really good eye makeup remover. Just a small amount on a cotton bud or a makeup wipe will remove even the most stubborn waterproof mascara and eyeliner with absolute ease. The trick is to make sure you shake the bottle really well before you use it! It’s quite oily and you only need a small amount so no need to be heavy handed. Fantastic price point and a really reliable brand that does a really good job. Thoroughly recommend it as an effective eye makeup remover.
