Directions For Use

Directions for use without water: Apply a liberal amount of cleanser to the skin and rub gently. Remove excess with a soft cloth, leaving a thin film on the skin. Directions for use with water: Apply cleanser to the skin and rub gently. Rinse.

Store below 30°C.

Please bring back the ‘original’ formula
Please bring back the the OLD Gentle Skin Cleanser formula! It was ‘perfection’ and did not need changing. I have been using this cleanser for 30 years at the recommendation of my dermatologist and all of my adult children have grown up with the pump pack in the shower and they miss it too! The new formula has a really unpleasant smell while using and leaves the skin feeling like it has been cleaned with soap. I cannot believe that I will now have to find a new cleanser.

The new formula is terrible!
I have been using cetaphil face cleanser for 25 years and have always been very happy with it. This ‘new & improved’ version is terrible! It’s smells funky, leaves a stinky residue on my face washer, and doesn’t leave the same clean, gentle, soft feel of the original formula. Why would you mess with a good thing? Please, please bring back the original formula! I cannot buy your product any more. Absolutely devastated to have to find a new cleanser after all these years. Why do companies do this to their incredibly loyal customers?

New formula on gentle skin cleanser- no good
I would like to use the old formula on this skin cleanser and i want to know if your company would change back to the old formula. I attach the old formula photo to you for identify purpose. By using the new formula cleanser, i lost the feeling of the used good product. Please change back to the old formula or let your customer/user to choose the new or old formula to buy. I do not like the new changed formula at all. It is not the same product to me.

New formula is terrible, you have lost a customer
After using this amazing product daily for the past 22 years I am absolutely devastated that you have ruined this amazing product by changing the formula. The new formula smells like soap and feels terrible on my skin. I WILL NEVER buy this new formula again, bring back the perfect product you had, if not you have lost me as a customer.

New formulation
Tried the new formulation after using this cleanser for 20 years and am very disappointed. It made my skin dry and tight. Was one of the only cleansers I could use.

Good product but prefer the former formula!
I bought it last week. Just realized that they change the formula and packaging. I got so much stress with new smell from this new formula while it says no fragrance. This obsessed me in a negative way

please consider to innovate this point

New formula smells like vomit
Why did you change the formula? The old one was perfect and had no fragrance and i have used it for many years. The new one smells like it has gone off, very similar to the smell of vomit. It is disgusting and I don’t know how it got past your quality control team. I will never buy it again because the smell is intolerable.
