Animine Lignocaine Anti-Itch Lotion 125ml
COMPOSITION: Each 1ML contains Benzalkonium Chloride 2.5mg (0.25%), Lignocaine Hydrochloride 30mg (3.0% W/V), Calamine 200mg. ACTIONS: Benzalkonium Chloride is an antiseptic (a quaternary ammonium compound). It has variable anti-fungal activity and is effective against some viruses. Lignocaine hydrochloride is a local anaesthetic and has a fast onset and an intermediate duration of action. Calamine is a basic zinc carbonate coloured with ferric oxide. It is a pink or reddish brown colour. It has a mild astringent and anti-pruritic (anti-itch) action. Provides relief of stings, bites and itchy rashes, sunburn, heat rash and minor burns. Helps in the relief of allergic outbreaks such as hives, urticaria, and contact dermatitis. ADMINISTRATION: Apply gently with rubbing over affected area 3 or 4 times a day and at bedtime. Animine cream should not be used on open cuts or wounds or by persons sensitive to benzocaine. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.

The lotion I received was not McGloin’s which I ordered but Body+ Plus which has the same active ingredients. The actual plastic container is extremely hard to press and get lotion. I used McGloin’s at a friends in Sydney recently: the product is not available in Queensland where I live. The product advertised by Pharmacy Online is
McGloins and I confirmed with the girl to whom I spoke that I would receive McGloins. Body Plus is available in Queensland but I wanted McGloins. I am suffering from insect bites and the product has not helped, but nor have other similar products.

Best product for insect bites on the market
Have been using this product for over a decade on insect bites . Works like magic and prevents you needing to scratch the itch and the bites go away in a couple of hours completely. Worth every cent

Only Thing that Works
